Rental Deposit
A 50% rental Deposit is required at the time of contract signing. Refundable if contract cancelled 60 days prior to event. 

Damage Deposit
In addition to the rental deposit, a damage deposit is required in the amount of $200.00. This deposit is for the purpose of ensuring that nothing other than normal clean up is necessary and that property or equipment has not been damaged or removed. If there is no damage or extensive clean-up, this deposit is refundable after inspection of the facility be the catering manager. Should the event be cancelled, the deposit will be returned.

All parties are set up Buffet style only. The VFW provides full wait staff service. This includes: set-up; cleanup; and wait staff. We provide white tablecloths, and choice of linen napkins, silverware, stemware and china plates.
