The Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States believes America is defined by how it treats those who sacrificed to protect it, we believe in protecting and fighting for those who were brave enough to fight for us.
Whether on Capitol Hill or in our communities, the VFW fights for Veterans rights, helping Veterans get the benefits they deserve, and assisting Veterans further their education with scholarships and living assistance for them and their families. To do less, would be an unconscious betrayal of our responsibilities as Americans and Veterans. Become an agent of change, join the VFW.

Post 7916 - April 2021 #Still Serving Post of the Month

The members of VFW Post 7916 in Occoquan, Virginia, have demonstrated a commitment to their mission of “Honoring the Dead by Helping the Living” throughout the pandemic. The Post made sure members received health and welfare checks so that those most at-risk, or in need, received essentials. They also delivered food to residents of the town and donated to a local food bank.
